1. About this policy
1908 Property Management (RC 9713124), operating as Prop Smart Hub ("we", "us", "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on propsmarthub.com and in the Prop Smart Hub web app. This policy explains what they are, which ones we use, and how you can change your mind at any time. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, which keeps small amounts of data in your browser. We use both. Cookies are not programs and cannot read other files on your device.
3. We do not track you across other websites
Prop Smart Hub does not track your browsing activity across other websites. We do not use cookies for cross-site behavioural advertising, profiling, or advertising retargeting, and we do not run session recording or heat-mapping tools. Our marketing measurement is limited to confirming that a sign-up or enquiry came from one of our own Google Ads — it does not build a picture of what you do elsewhere.
4. What we use, and why
Only strictly necessary cookies run before you make a choice. Analytics and marketing stay switched off until you allow them.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels from social networks, session replay tools, or any other third-party analytics service. Google Ads is the only optional third-party technology we load, and it is covered by your marketing choice.
5. Your choices
On your first visit we ask whether you accept all cookies, prefer only what is strictly necessary, or want to choose category by category. You can change or withdraw your choice whenever you like — nothing you selected is locked in.
If you withdraw consent, we stop sending analytics and marketing signals and clear the Google Ads cookies set through our site. You can also remove cookies already stored by using your browser's settings to clear site data, and block them for the future. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in.
6. Third-party links
Some pages link to third-party services, such as our WhatsApp contact button. Once you leave our site, those services apply their own cookie and privacy policies, which we do not control.
7. Questions and changes
If anything here is unclear, contact your Estate Admin or reach us through the Contact page. When we add or remove a tool, we update this page and the cookie banner together.
